Fully Automatic High Speed Two-color Printing Electric Slotting Die-cutting Machine
The Fully Automatic High Speed Two-color Printing Electric Slotting Die-cutting Machine is designed for integrated processing of corrugated cardboard in carton and packaging production. It combines two-color flexographic printing, electric slotting, and rotary die-cutting within one machine, allowing corrugated sheets to be printed and structurally formed through a continuous production process.
The fully automatic configuration coordinates material feeding and the main processing sections, while the high-speed structure is intended for continuous carton production. The combination of printing, slotting, and die-cutting allows the machine to handle multiple carton-forming operations without requiring separate processing equipment for each stage.
Two-Color Flexographic Printing
The printing section is equipped for two-color flexographic printing on corrugated cardboard. Two printing units can apply different ink colors according to the selected printing plates and carton artwork.
The printing process can reproduce product information, text, symbols, lines, patterns, identification marks, and other packaging graphics. Different printing plates can be configured according to the carton design being processed.
Electric Slotting System
The electric slotting section creates the structural grooves required for corrugated carton folding. Slotting separates the carton flaps and provides the necessary clearance for forming the box structure.
The electric drive system controls the slotting operation according to the configured processing requirements. Slotting positions and related settings can be adjusted to accommodate different carton dimensions and structural layouts.
Rotary Die-Cutting
The rotary die-cutting section forms the required carton outline and additional structural features on corrugated cardboard. A cylindrical die is used to cut or form specified shapes according to the selected carton design.
The die-cutting process can produce carton edges, openings, handles, special outlines, and other features that cannot be formed through conventional slotting alone.
Integrated Printing, Slotting and Die-Cutting
The machine combines three major corrugated cardboard processing operations into one production workflow. Cardboard sheets are fed into the machine, printed with two colors, processed through the slotting section, and then passed through the rotary die-cutting section.
This integrated structure allows the cardboard to receive both surface graphics and structural forming in a continuous sequence before moving to subsequent carton assembly operations.
Fully Automatic Material Feeding
The fully automatic configuration coordinates the feeding and processing of corrugated cardboard sheets. Material is transferred through the machine according to the configured production sequence, reducing the need for manual intervention between individual processing stages.
Automatic material handling is particularly suitable for continuous carton production where repeated processing of corrugated sheets is required.
High-Speed Corrugated Cardboard Processing
The high-speed configuration is designed for continuous processing of corrugated cardboard. The printing, slotting, and die-cutting sections operate as part of an integrated production system, allowing multiple operations to be completed during the same processing cycle.
Production settings can be adjusted according to the cardboard material, carton dimensions, printing layout, slotting structure, and die-cutting design.
Electric Drive and Machine Control
The electric drive system provides controlled operation of the slotting and related machine functions. Machine settings can be adjusted according to the processing requirements of different carton designs.
The coordinated control of feeding, printing, slotting, and die-cutting helps maintain the required processing sequence as corrugated cardboard moves through the machine.
Corrugated Carton Structural Processing
Slotting and die-cutting perform different functions during carton production. Slotting creates the grooves required for conventional carton folding, while rotary die-cutting forms specific outlines, openings, and structural details.
Combining these functions allows the machine to process carton designs that require both regular folding slots and additional die-cut features.
Applications
The Fully Automatic High Speed Two-color Printing Electric Slotting Die-cutting Machine can be used for:
Corrugated shipping cartons
Product packaging boxes
Industrial packaging cartons
Retail packaging
Transport boxes
Printed corrugated cartons
Die-cut carton blanks
Cartons with special openings
Corrugated packaging products
The machine is suitable for corrugated carton production processes requiring two-color printing, electric slotting, rotary die-cutting, automatic feeding, and continuous high-speed processing within one integrated machine.
